How he asked:

As you may know, Johnny and Victoria are avid Disney goers. So it was no surprise Victoria decided to spend her 29th birthday with The Mouse. It quickly turned into a girls trip because Johnny had to travel to Chicago for work. Unbeknownst to her, the business trip was just a ploy so he could surprise her in front of Cinderella’s castle to pop the question!

“How everyone kept it a secret for so long is astonishing to me!” Johnny and her friends schemed for months. When the big day finally came, they kept in constant contact with each other while the girls drank around the world in Epcot. Victoria decided to stay there longer than expected, throwing a wrench in his castle idea. But with some quick thinking on Johnny’s part, the plan was adjusted and he shared with the girls that he would propose at The Rose & Crown Pub in the UK, their favorite bar in Epcot.

He conspired with the bartender then hid in the loo to wait for his future bride to arrive. The bartender had Victoria don a blindfold and asked her to guess the type of birthday shot he was preparing for her. Meanwhile, Johnny made his way around the bar to kneel behind her. Once she correctly guessed the shot, she removed the blindfold and was told the gentleman behind her also had a question. To her surprise, Johnny was down on one knee sporting his fancy tuxedo T-shirt holding a beautiful diamond ring. She knew what the question would be in that exact moment. Through tears of joy and with an animated nod of her head, she responded with an emotional ‘yes’, eliciting tears of joy from everyone surrounding them.
